O ingresso ser\u00e1 feito no modo fluxo cont\u00ednuo. Os discentes dever\u00e3o cursar total de 24 (mestrado) e 20 (doutorado) cr\u00e9ditos.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">As disciplinas oferecidas ser\u00e3o divididas e tr\u00eas grupos, com objetivos distintos:<\/p><ul><li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Obrigat\u00f3ria geral:<\/strong> de car\u00e1ter formativo geral, e que todos os alunos devem cursar (1 disciplina de \u201cMetodologia cient\u00edfica\u201d, com 2 cr\u00e9ditos).<\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Obrigat\u00f3rias eletivas:<\/strong> de car\u00e1ter formativo na \u00e1rea de alimentos, os alunos devem cursar 4 de 6 disciplinas oferecidas. Cada disciplina ter\u00e1 3 cr\u00e9ditos.
