The Classified Filing Plan(PCA) \u2013 October-2023 update<\/a> is proposed as a tool to order, organize and find records generated or received by the University in the fulfillment of its duties, competencies and activities. The \u201cProteos\u201d Protocol System uses the classification plan to open and register processes. The linking of the PCA to the \u201cProteos\u201d system is being discussed with the responsible sector.<\/p>\n

The PCA was prepared based on the identification of activities corresponding to each type of document accumulated in the archives. The activities, distributed into large classes and subdivided into categories, according to the characteristics of each area of \u200b\u200bactivity, reflect USP’s activities (teaching, research and extension).<\/p>\n
