font-family: Roboto; line-height: 1.55; text-align: justify;\">Dengue fever remains a significant public health concern in Thailand, with its patterns of transmission influenced by complex spatial and temporal factors. In this study, we analyze over four decades (1983\u20132023) of monthly dengue infection records leading to hospital admissions across all 77 provinces of Thailand. By leveraging this extensive epidemiological dataset, we aim to characterize the long-term dynamics of dengue spread throughout the country. Our work builds upon earlier studies by expanding the temporal and geographic scope, enabling a more detailed examination of how the disease evolves across space and time. The study seeks to identify regions prone to early epidemic onset, uncover spatial clusters of high transmission, and explore how dengue waves propagate geographically.
