A Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) desenvolveu a Iniciativa <i>QualityRights<\/i>, que busca combater essas viola\u00e7\u00f5es, melhorar a qualidade do cuidado e capacitar profissionais de sa\u00fade para atuar na promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos humanos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estudos internacionais demonstraram que o treinamento <i>QualityRights<\/i> melhora o conhecimento e reduz o estigma entre profissionais de sa\u00fade mental. Este projeto tem como objetivo adaptar culturalmente essa iniciativa para o Brasil e avaliar sua aplicabilidade e efic\u00e1cia na Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Prim\u00e1ria \u00e0 Sa\u00fade, com foco nos profissionais de enfermagem.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pesquisa seguiu duas abordagens principais: <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) Adapta\u00e7\u00e3o cultural dos m\u00f3dulos da iniciativa <i>QualityRights<\/i>. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da aplicabilidade e efic\u00e1cia do treinamento na redu\u00e7\u00e3o do estigma. O estudo contribuir\u00e1 para qualificar os profissionais de enfermagem no Brasil, promovendo pr\u00e1ticas mais humanizadas e baseadas em direitos.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Projeto financiado pelo Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient\u00edfico e Tecnol\u00f3gico (CNPq) &#8211; Aux\u00edlio financeiro.
