data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O Congresso Brasileiro de Direito do Mar foi realizado pela primeira vez na cidade de <strong>S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong>, entre os dias 3, 4 e 5 de dezembro de 2014, na Sala da Congrega\u00e7\u00e3o da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p><p>O evento foi um sucesso, conjugando a especial homenagem ao professor Marotta Rangel, a presen\u00e7a de diversas institui\u00e7\u00f5es que dialogam com assuntos do mar, de respeitados pesquisadores em mat\u00e9ria de Direito do mar e de jovens pesquisadores.<\/p><p>Na oportunidade, como resultado dos debates, foi lan\u00e7ado a colet\u00e2nea: <strong>\u201cO Direito do Mar: Desafios e perspectivas\u201d<\/strong> publicado pela Arraes Editores, constitu\u00edda por 42 artigos de professores e pesquisadores nacionais e estrangeiros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a16f112 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"a16f112\" temas discutidos no Congresso estavam a natureza jur\u00eddica do espa\u00e7os mar\u00edtimos, di\u00e1logo de fontes no Direito Internacional, princ\u00edpio da igualdade, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais, atividade petrol\u00edfera, Amaz\u00f4nia Azul, pirataria mar\u00edtima direitos humanos, meio-ambiente, conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e explora\u00e7\u00e3o mar\u00edtima dentre outros temas.<\/p><p>No evento entre os debates e discuss\u00f5es de alto n\u00edvel o professor Vicente Marotta Rangel, ap\u00f3s mantado de 20 anos como Juiz do Tribunal Internacional sobre Direito do Mar, anunciou sua aposentadoria do Tribunal, ao mesmo tempo era criado na Faculdade de Direito da USP o <strong>Centro de Estudos em Direito do Mar \u2013 CEDMAR<\/strong> em homenagem \u00e0 contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do professor. Desenhava-se ali o desenvolvimento de uma escola de estudo em Mat\u00e9ria de Direito do Mar no
