The “Centre universitaire rouennais d’études juridiques” (CUREJ) of the University of Rouen and the “Centro de Estudos Sociedade e Tecnologia” (CEST) of the University of São Paulo are organizing a joint publication in three languages (English, French and Portuguese) on the UNESCO Convention on the Diversity of Cultural Expressions in the digital era.
