Sonia Coutinho
Sonia Coutinho is currently reseacher at the Polytechnic School / USP, on the topic of Smart Cities. She is a lawyer, she holds a Master Degree on Public Health, a PhD on Sciences and a Post-Doctorate on Environmental Policy, Planning and Management. She completed his studies and expertise on Environmental Sciences, Public Health and Interdisciplinarity, mainly in the following subjects: public policies, environmental and urban management, sustainability indicators, environmental and urban law, environmental legislation, cities, health and climate change, sustainable development and interdisciplinarity. Professor of Environmental Information Systems for Sustainable Development. Researcher and executive coordinator of the SIADES Network; researcher at the Research Support Center on Climate Change – NapMC / INCLINE, at the Research Group on Quality of Life, Sustainability and Contemporary Dynamics; at the Interdisciplinary Center for Research on Sustainability Assessment (NIPAS-UTFPR) and at NIESC – Interdisciplinary Center of Studies in Social Sciences and Sustainability. Collaborating researcher of the Scientific Division of Management, Science and Environmental Technology (IEE / USP).
