Master’s degree by School of Engineering of Universidade de São Paulo (EP-USP). Tax Law Specialist by the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT) and the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET), with in Information Technology Law extension by Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV); Graduated from the Law School of the Catholic University of Campinas (PUCC); Professor of Specialization Course in Law and Information Technology in the Continuing Education Program of the Engineering School of the University of São Paulo (PECE-USP), responsible for the Computer Forensics course.
Research areas: Law and New Technologies, especially Computer Forensics, Intellectual Property, Electronic Commerce, Privacy and Personal Data Protection in Electronic Media and Digital Education.
