RE-li-A: a platform for open sourced educational eletronic resources

The Instituto Educadigital is launching a crowdfunding campaign to finance the creation of a platform for OER called RE-li-A. OERs are teaching, learning, and research resources that are in the public domain or have been released under an intellectual property license that permits their free (re)use and remix by others.
