He completed a doctoral internship at the University of California-Santa Barbara (2003-2004) in addition to postdoctoral internships at the State University of Campinas (2005) in the area of Biocatalysis and at Ludwig Maximilians Universit\u00e4t (Munich, Germany) in the area of Organometallics ( 2006-2008). He is currently an Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry at the Department of BioMolecular Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeir\u00e3o Preto &#8211; USP.
