na d\u00e9cada de 1980 como um campo de estudo potencialmente promissor;\u00a0 por\u00e9m, com o sucesso impressionante obtido pelas startups do Vale do Sil\u00edcio, no final da d\u00e9cada de 1990 a pesquisa em empreendedorismo foi legitimada como um campo de grande relev\u00e2ncia para a academia e,\u00a0 nesse momento, a falta de fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o te\u00f3rica substancial foi apontada como o principal desafio a ser enfrentado pelos pesquisadores.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"PT\" style=\"mso-ansi-language: PT;\">O Cosmos desenvolve pesquisas aplicadas, considerando as pr\u00e1ticas vivenciadas em sala de aula, nos programas de pr\u00e9-acelera\u00e7\u00e3o, e tamb\u00e9m nas institui\u00e7\u00f5es parcerias, incluindo startups, aceleradoras, incubadoras, fundos de investimentos,
