Eukarya: origem da célula eucariótica

Objetivos:

1. Evidenciar as características das células eucariontes.

2. Responder a pergunta: Quando surgiu a 1ª célula eucariótica? Surgimento das características eucarióticas. 

3. Definir Citoesqueleto/ fagocitose.

4. Apresentar a teoria autógena: núcleo, Golgi, RE.

5. Apresentar a teoria da endossimbiose: mitocôndria e cloroplastos

6. Responder a pergunta: Qual a ordem dos eventos?

7. Demonstrar como eventos de transferência lateral “moldaram” os eucariotos.

8. Apresentar a origem das mitocôndrias.

 

A origem da célula eucariótica se deu muito provavelmente independentemente em um mundo onde só haviam células procarióticas. A evidência da independência de outro organismo para a criação do núcleo como nova organela, característica do grupo dos Eukarya, vem a partir do fato que células eucarióticas tem o mecanismo de desintegrar e refazer novos núcleos ao final de cada divisão celular, processo comum a todos os eucariotos, ou seja, pode ser um caracter ancestral que se manteve e que ocorre desde a origem com o último ancestral comum dos Eukarya. Todavia nem todas as organelas que só ocorrem em Eukarya surgiram no grupo de forma independente.
Em um tempo remoto em que haviam células procariontes e eucariontes, acredita-se que eventualmente uma célula eucariótica englobou uma procariótica, e esta segunda ao invés de ser digerida se manteve viva e replicante, acompanhando as replicações da eucariótica que a englobou. Ao longo de muitas gerações dessas células agregadas, que se dividiram sincronizadamente, houve a integração do genoma da célula procariótica ao DNA nuclear da célula eucariótica. Os subprodutos provenientes do metabolismo da célula procariótica eram aproveitados pela célula eucariótica e ela protegia a célula procariótica em retorno. Firmando assim uma relação simbiótica, conhecida na ciência como endossimbiose.

  • Morfológicas (dupla membrane, cristas)
  • Genômicas (genoma circular próprio, com codigo distinto, com informações sobre genes específicos)
  • Fisiológicas

– Distribuição de mitocôndrias nos organismos eucariontes (mitocondriados versus amitocondriados)

– Evolução da mitochondria (LECA já possuía mitochondria, que é perdida ou modificada em linhagens específicas)

– M.R.O. (mitochondrial related organisms)

  • Origem dos cloroplastos: simples (endossimbiose 1ª: Archaeplastida) e complexos (endossimbiose 2ª)
