Este ano temos cerca de 4<br \/>\nesp\u00e9cies distintas de Phacus e Euglena, as caracter\u00edsticas elencadas no protocolo podem ser<br \/>\nvisualizadas em quaisquer delas.<br \/>\nObtenha o material j\u00e1 preparado em l\u00e2mina na mesa dos t\u00e9cnicos. Observe o material ao<br \/>\nmicrosc\u00f3pio. Como se trata de uma amostra natural, existir\u00e1 grande diversidade de organismos<br \/>\npresentes. Localize as euglenas (pe\u00e7a ajuda aos monitores e aos professores) e focalize-os at\u00e9 o<br \/>\naumento de 400x (objetiva de 40x). Fa\u00e7a um desenho de um exemplar, constando as estruturas que<br \/>\np\u00f4de identificar, e indique-as com legendas explicativas. Oriente suas observa\u00e7\u00f5es, de acordo com<br \/>\no roteiro abaixo:<\/p>\n<p>a) A que se deve a cor predominante da Euglena? Voc\u00ea consegue visualizar cloroplastos?<\/p>\n<p>b) Observe atentamente o deslocamento desse organismo. Qual organela \u00e9 a principal respons\u00e1vel<br \/>\npor esse movimento?<\/p>\n<p>c) Observe uma mancha alaranjada ou avermelhada (estigma) pr\u00f3xima a uma das extremidades do<br \/>\norganismo. Qual \u00e9 a sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/p>\n<p>d) Observe a regi\u00e3o em que se insere esta mancha alaranjada.
