The Proceeding Section receives and distributes the correspondence addressed to the School of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, directs and supervises the receipt, registration, delivery and filling of documents, procedures and registered documents. It is also responsible for the receipt of applications for the official recruitment of professors.
Aim
Through the computerized system Proteos, the Proceeding Section controls the opening, processing and filling of processes and registered documents, records admissions information and circulation of documents, checks the received documentation according to the requirements and standards, as well as protocols, and classifies documents.
