Developing International Geoarchaeology\u00a0 – DIG<\/b><\/h2>\n

O DIG \u00e9 uma s\u00e9rie de confer\u00eancias internacionais que surgiu em 2005 e acontece bianualmente em diferentes partes do mundo. Tem objetivo de reunir uma ampla variedade de pesquisadores, profissionais e estudantes internacionais em torno dos diversos temas da Geoarqueologia, al\u00e9m de facilitar a discuss\u00e3o, estimular a pesquisa e coopera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

DIG is an international conference series that started in 2005 and is held biannually in different parts of the world. It aims to bring together a wide variety of international researchers, practitioners, and students around the diverse themes of Geoarchaeology, facilitate discussion, and stimulate research and cooperation.<\/em><\/p>\n

GEGAL \u2013 <\/b>Grupo de Estudos Geoarqueol\u00f3gicos de Am\u00e9rica Latina (Group of Geoarchaeological Studies of Latin America)\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

O GEGAL foi criado em 2012 durante o VI Encontro de Teoria Arqueol\u00f3gica da Am\u00e9rica do Sul (VI TAAS, Goi\u00e1s, Brasil) para integrar, trocar experi\u00eancias e desenvolver atividades conjuntas em Geoarqueologia. Al\u00e9m do encontro anual, o GEGAL desenvolve diversas atividades voltadas \u00e0 divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de estudantes e profissionais e colabora\u00e7\u00f5es entre pesquisadores da Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/p>\n

GEGAL was created in 2012 during the VI Meeting of Archaeological Theory of South America (VI TAAS, Goi\u00e1s, Brazil) to integrate, exchange experiences, and develop joint activities concerning Geoarchaeology. In addition to the annual meeting, GEGAL develops several activities aimed at dissemination, training of students and professionals, and collaborations among researchers in Latin America<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
