Politics and public policy in epidemic response
The objective of the first lecture will be to introduce students to the challenges in developing indicators to measure public policies which need to be considered during an early stage pandemic response.
In her second lecture, Dr. Barberia will discuss how indicators can be used to evaluate public policies during health emergencies quantitatively and different research designs that can guide decision-making.
