COVID-19 in Brazil: Demographic Consequences
Dr. Castro’s first lecture will address social, environmental, demographic, and health systems aspects that were critical for Covid-19 preparedness and outcomes, and discuss the importance of data gathering with a human rights approach.
In her second lecture, Dr. Castro will discuss the measurement of demographic impacts of the pandemic, and how those impacts can inform immediate policy and future preparedness.
