A linha de pesquisa em Biof\u00edsica Molecular envolve aqueles orientadores que se interessam pelo estudo do comportamento de mol\u00e9culas de interesse biol\u00f3gico e que, para tanto, se valem de m\u00e9todos em F\u00edsica como as chamadas t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas. Em F\u00edsica M\u00e9dica, est\u00e3o os pesquisadores com atua\u00e7\u00e3o marcadamente voltada para a interface F\u00edsica\/Medicina e que abrange temas como radioterapia, radiodiagnostica, imagens m\u00e9dicas, dentre outros.<\/p><p>Por fim, na linha de F\u00edsica de Sistemas Complexos est\u00e3o os orientadores que trabalham com problemas em neuroci\u00eancias, redes complexas, estat\u00edstica de sistemas biol\u00f3gicos, todos majoritariamente abordados do ponto de vista de modelos te\u00f3ricos e computacionais. Para isso, atua na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de simula\u00e7\u00f5es de Monte Carlo de sistemas de imagens e metodologia de dosimetria por imagens para planejamento espec\u00edfico de terapia radioisot\u00f3pica. Al\u00e9m disso, atua no desenvolvimento de Instrumenta\u00e7\u00e3o para imageamento pr\u00e9-cl\u00ednico por emiss\u00e3o de f\u00f3ton \u00fanico (SPECT) e p\u00f3sitron
