Co-authored Ukrainian legislation on IDPs, mine action, and Indigenous Peoples’ rights. Elected to the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues as n expert member (2022) and Rapporteur (2024), he currently collaborates with Amnesty International Ukraine and the OSCE to advance Indigenous Peoples’ rights and promote international justice. His work centers on Crimean Tatar identity, collective rights, and language preservation.
