O Grupo de Bioinform\u00e1tica (GBi), coordenado pela Profa. Dra. Silvana Giuliatti, est\u00e1 vinculado ao Departamento de Gen\u00e9tica da Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeir\u00e3o Preto da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (FMRP-USP). A linha de pesquisa de Modelagem e Docking Molecular <\/strong>concentra-se na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9todos computacionais para o estudo da estrutura, das propriedades e das intera\u00e7\u00f5es entre mol\u00e9culas. Enquanto a modelagem molecular permite construir modelos tridimensionais e simular o comportamento de mol\u00e9culas, o docking<\/i> molecular foca na predi\u00e7\u00e3o das intera\u00e7\u00f5es entre elas. A linha de pesquisa em <\/span>Aprendizado de M\u00e1quina (AM) em Simula\u00e7\u00f5es de Sistemas Complexos<\/strong> investiga o uso de t\u00e9cnicas de intelig\u00eancia artificial para a an\u00e1lise de dados gerados por simula\u00e7\u00f5es de din\u00e2mica molecular (DM) de biomol\u00e9culas.
