{"id":215,"date":"2022-02-03T19:29:46","date_gmt":"2022-02-03T21:29:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/gema\/?page_id=215"},"modified":"2025-03-24T15:46:15","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T17:46:15","slug":"a-repertoire-of-kitchen-objects","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/gema\/en\/a-repertoire-of-kitchen-objects\/","title":{"rendered":"A Biographical Research on Kitchen Objects"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Scheduled for publication in 2025, the book <em><strong>Kitchen Objects \u2013 Biographies (1860-1960)<\/strong><\/em>, formerly titled <em>Illustrated Historical Repertoire of Kitchen Tools and Equipment<\/em>, is the main product of the project \u201cFood Processing in the Domestic Space, S\u00e3o Paulo, 1860-1960,\u201d coordinated by Prof. Dr. V\u00e2nia Carneiro de Carvalho and carried out by the GEMA team in collaboration with the Paulista Museum of USP (Ipiranga Museum).
