I – COMPOSITION OF THE GRADUATE COMMITTEE (CPG)

The Graduation Committee of IOUSP, is equivalent to the CCP, will be constituted by 5 (five) titular members and their respective substitutes, accredited as full advisors, elected by the IOUSP Congregation, respecting the proportionality of the areas of concentration, in addition to student representation.

II – FEES

There is no application fee for candidates in the selection process.

III – DEFENSE PROCEDURES

III.1 The deposit must be accompanied by the deposit form, endorsed by the advisor.
III.2 The copies of theses and dissertations may be printed on both sides of the page.
III.3 Only the titular members will receive printed copies,  substitute members will receive the digital format of the thesis or dissertation.

IV – NUMBER OF MEMBERS COMPONENTS OF JUDGING COMMITTEES OF DISSERTATIONS AND THESES
IV.1 The Judging Committees of the Master Dissertations will be composed of 3 (three) members, including the participation of the advisor as president and voting member;
IV.2 The Judging Thesis Committees will be composed of 3 (three) members;
IV.3 The Judging Thesis Committees will also be composed by the candidate’s advisor or co-advisor, exclusively in the condition of president, without the right to vote;
IV.4 In any case, for the composition of the judging committees, the criteria established in article 93 of the Graduate Regiment should be observed.

V – CRITERIA FOR PROGRAM TRANSFER, CONCENTRATION AREA AND COURSE

There are no criteria other than those defined in articles 54, 55 and 56 of the USP Graduate Regiment.
