The holographic audiovisual video installation Cineportico is an original audiovisual, architectural and structural work that seeks to rescue the machines that enable instantaneous displacement in space and time.<\/p>

The proposal consists of projecting the image of life-size people on four different sides and simulating the effect of the futuristic teleportation machine – already enshrined in the imagination of science fiction, with communication through audiovisual projection, in addition to other audiovisual and poetic experiences that can be carried out on this equipment after its completion.<\/p>

The work will offer a creative alternative to a rapid mobility and an unusual audiovisual experience for an audience interested in science, technology, arts and culture.<\/p>

With conception and direction by Jair S. Molina Jr and artistic direction and technical direction by Almir Almas, the idea for the project arose during research on Live Cinema and real-time audiovisual experiences in the Master Course in Media and Processes Audiovisuals at CTR-ECA-USP, together with the collective of researchers from the LabArteM\u00eddia and the producer Okra Filmes.\u00a0<\/p>

From the sketch of the idea, different projection tests have already been carried out for this work, with distinct model sizes and different techniques for capturing and transmitting holographic images in real time projections at the CTR-ECA\/USP studios.
