elementor-size-default\">Fisiopatologia do Sistema Vascular<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66d7cac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"66d7cac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O sistema cardiovascular possui a fun\u00e7\u00e3o primordial de gerar fluxo adequado para os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e tecidos do nosso organismo. Nessa dire\u00e7\u00e3o, os vasos sangu\u00edneos, por meio de ajustes ativos (t\u00f4nus vascular) e passivos (remodelamento estrutural e mec\u00e2nico), s\u00e3o de fundamental import\u00e2ncia para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o desse fluxo sangu\u00edneo e para o controle da resist\u00eancia vascular perif\u00e9rica e do retorno venoso. Dentre os mecanismos que controlam o t\u00f4nus e o remodelamento vascular podemos citar: as for\u00e7as hemodin\u00e2micas e os mecanismos locais, hormonais e neurais. Sabe-se que as doen\u00e7as que acometem o sistema cardiovascular possuem alta preval\u00eancia na popula\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo comumente doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas que oneram os cofres p\u00fablicos, e apesar dos avan\u00e7os no diagn\u00f3stico e tratamento, ainda possuem altas taxas de mortalidade e reduzem a qualidade de vida dos pacientes.\u00a0<\/p><p>No Laborat\u00f3rio de Fisiologia Vascular (LabVasc) buscamos elucidar as vias de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o celular e as bases moleculares envolvidas nos ajustes funcionais (reatividade vascular) e estruturais (remodelamento estrutural e mec\u00e2nico) em vasos de condut\u00e2ncia e resist\u00eancia em doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares (hipertens\u00e3o arterial e insufici\u00eancia card\u00edaca), assim como em manobras farmacol\u00f3gicas e n\u00e3o farmacol\u00f3gicas (exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico, microbiota e amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada) que podem restaurar ou prevenir as les\u00f5es vasculares.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nossos estudos s\u00e3o focados na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o do endot\u00e9lio, do tecido adiposo perivascular (PVAT), da inerva\u00e7\u00e3o perivascular e da Na+, K+-ATPase (por meio da a\u00e7\u00e3o ouaba\u00edna na via signalosome) nos ajustes vasculares. Para tal, s\u00e3o realizadas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es hemodin\u00e2micas (arteriais e ventriculares) e de reatividade e estrutura\/ mec\u00e2nica vascular (em an\u00e9is de condut\u00e2ncia e resist\u00eancia); al\u00e9m de an\u00e1lises bioqu\u00edmicas, moleculares e de microscopia de fluoresc\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
