Esse sistema \u00e9 composto por 8 caixas especiais com sensores acoplados que permitem o monitoramento de at\u00e9 8 camundongos simultaneamente, portanto, de um animal por caixa. Para tanto, ratos ou camundongos, previamente canulados, ser\u00e3o ligados ao equipamento por meio de fibra \u00f3ptica que pode tanto emitir um feixe de luz na frequ\u00eancia e dura\u00e7\u00e3o desejados, como realizar amedida da fluoresc\u00eancia emitida por determinadas <\/span>regi\u00f5es cerebrais dos animais (induzida por edi\u00e7\u00f5es g\u00eanicas ou transfec\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00edrus).<\/p><p><a
