The AIChE Annual Meeting is the leading international forum for chemical engineers seeking innovation, learning, and professional development. The event brings together academic and industrial researchers at various career stages to discuss advances and trends in chemical engineering.<\/p>\n

During the conference, the group presented four works in the areas of hydrogen production from ammonia and CO\u2082 conversion into value-added products.<\/p>\n

PhD student Lucas Alves presented the work “Synthesis and catalytic evaluation of ferrite-perovskite catalysts for CO\u2082 hydrogenation to light olefins.”<\/p>\n

PhD student Leonardo Avilez presented two papers: “Evaluation of H\u2082+N\u2082 mixture separation routes in the context of ammonia decomposition: pressure-swing adsorption versus cryogenic process” and Comaparative analysis of one- and two-dimensional membrane reactor models: a casestudy on ammonia decomposition”.<\/p>\n
