Entre c\u00e9lulas, sinais qu\u00edmicos permitem comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o de respostas a n\u00edvel tecidual. Estes sinais (ligantes) s\u00e3o prote\u00ednas ou pequenas mol\u00e9culas org\u00e2nicas, produzidas e secretadas por uma c\u00e9lula emissora, que atingem \u00e0 c\u00e9lula-alvo (a qual apresenta o receptor do ligante). A associa\u00e7\u00e3o do ligante ao seu receptor altera a forma ou atividade do receptor, acionando uma mudan\u00e7a estrutural ou resposta no interior celular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estudar os mecanismos moleculares da sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o celular para entender como a c\u00e9lula sente o ambiente e responde a estes est\u00edmulos.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Proporcionar aos estudantes as bases te\u00f3ricas da biossinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Introduzir conceitos de bioqu\u00edmica, metabolismo e biologia molecular de organismos procari\u00f3ticos, eucari\u00f3ticos e de v\u00edrus no tema de biossinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Analisar e discutir as diversas t\u00e9cnicas e metodologias de uso na \u00e1rea.<\/li>\n<li>Despertar no aluno racioc\u00ednio cient\u00edfico e cr\u00edtico, capacitando-o a integrar e relacionar o conhecimento adquirido com as demais disciplinas do Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o Multic\u00eantrico em Bioqu\u00edmica e Biologia Molecular.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Conte\u00fado Program\u00e1tico: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Caracter\u00edsticas Gerais da Transdu\u00e7\u00e3o de Sinal; Receptores Acoplados a Prote\u00edna G e Segundo Mensageiros; Receptores em vis\u00e3o, olfa\u00e7\u00e3o e gusta\u00e7\u00e3o; Receptor Tirosina Quinases e Guanilil Ciclases, cGMP e Protein Kinase G; canais de \u00edons; Receptores de Horm\u00f4nios Nucleares; Sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em Microrganismos e Plantas; Regula\u00e7\u00e3o do Ciclo Celular; Oncogenes e morte celular programada<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estrat\u00e9gias Did\u00e1ticas: <\/strong>Aulas expositivas, atividades para desenvolver em sala, discuss\u00e3o em grupos, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de semin\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forma de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 realizada por meio de avalia\u00e7\u00f5es das atividades did\u00e1ticas.
