Chambergo Alcalde (fscha@usp.br), sala 204-G, Edif\u00edcio I1\/ EACH-USP. \u2013 www.sites.usp.br\/lbbp<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e9ditos:<\/strong> 4 (Aulas Te\u00f3ricas: 2 h, Pr\u00e1tica: 0 h, Estudo: 2 h)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dura\u00e7\u00e3o em Semanas<\/strong>: 15.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total:<\/strong> 60 h<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per\u00edodo: <\/strong>segunda-feira: 14:00-18:00 h<\/p>\n<p><strong>Local: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A biologia molecular estuda as bases moleculares da atividade biol\u00f3gica nos v\u00e1rios processos celulares como replica\u00e7\u00e3o, transcri\u00e7\u00e3o, transdu\u00e7\u00e3o, os mecanismos que regulam a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre DNA, RNA, prote\u00ednas e sua bioss\u00edntese e os processos biol\u00f3gicos essenciais para a fun\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade celular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Proporcionar aos estudantes as bases te\u00f3ricas em Bioqu\u00edmica e Biologia Molecular.<\/li>\n<li>Introduzir conceitos de bioqu\u00edmica, metabolismo e biologia molecular de organismos procari\u00f3ticos, eucari\u00f3ticos e de v\u00edrus.<\/li>\n<li>Analisar e discutir as diversas t\u00e9cnicas e metodologias de uso na \u00e1rea.<\/li>\n<li>Despertar no aluno racioc\u00ednio cient\u00edfico e cr\u00edtico, capacitando-o a integrar e relacionar o conhecimento adquirido com as demais disciplinas do Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o Multic\u00eantrico em Bioqu\u00edmica e Biologia Molecular.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conte\u00fado Program\u00e1tico: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Modulo I.<\/strong> Bioqu\u00edmica<\/p>\n<p>1- Estrutura e propriedades de biomol\u00e9culas 1.1- Amino\u00e1cidos; 1.2 \u2013 Prote\u00ednas: Estrutura, Rela\u00e7\u00e3o estrutura-fun\u00e7\u00e3o em prote\u00ednas, Enzimas: cin\u00e9tica e mecanismos de cat\u00e1lise, 1.3 \u2013 Carboidratos; 1.4 \u2013 Lip\u00eddeos, Membranas biol\u00f3gicas e Transporte atrav\u00e9s de membranas; 1.5 \u2013 \u00c1cidos Nucl\u00e9icos;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Modulo II.<\/strong> Biologia Molecular<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e express\u00e3o g\u00eanica em v\u00edrus, procariotos e eucariotos com \u00eanfase nos mecanismos de regula\u00e7\u00e3o da transcri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Aspectos do controle p\u00f3s-transcricional da express\u00e3o g\u00eanica.<\/li>\n<li>SARS-CoV-2<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Estrat\u00e9gias Did\u00e1ticas: <\/strong>Aulas expositivas, atividades para desenvolver em sala, discuss\u00e3o em grupos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Forma de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 realizada por meio de avalia\u00e7\u00f5es das atividades did\u00e1ticas. O Conceito final ser\u00e1 composto pela nota do modulo I (50%) e do modulo II (50%) (nota da participa\u00e7\u00e3o e das atividades
