var( --e-global-color-adf8c9e );\">O Laborat\u00f3rio de Biologia Celular e Anatomia Funcional (LBCAF), localizado no Departamento de Anatomia do ICB-USP tem como foco o <\/span><b style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-adf8c9e );\">estudo das repercuss\u00f5es da a\u00e7\u00e3o end\u00f3crina e da inflama\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema cardiovascular<\/b><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-adf8c9e );\">, tanto em aspectos morfol\u00f3gicos como funcionais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Usamos diferentes <b>modelos animais<\/b> (ratos e camundongos) <b>e celulares<\/b> (culturas prim\u00e1rias de cardiomi\u00f3citos e outras c\u00e9lulas do sistema cardiovascular, al\u00e9m de linhagens imortalizadas) para o <b>acompanhamento dos fen\u00f4menos style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-adf8c9e );\">LBCAF<\/b><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-adf8c9e );\">), located in the Anatomy Department at ICB-USP, focuses on the <\/span><b style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-adf8c9e );\">study of the repercussions of endocrine and inflammation actions on the cardiovascular system<\/b><span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-adf8c9e );\">, both in morphological and functional aspects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use different <\/span><b>animal prote\u00ednas espec\u00edficas, no tecido card\u00edaco; an\u00e1lises moleculares envolvendo o estudo da sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o celular; an\u00e1lises bioqu\u00edmicas; citometria de fluxo do tecido card\u00edaco, entre outras.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O LBCAF, al\u00e9m de contribuir com a\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">gera\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimento de ponta<\/span>, cardiac tissue; molecular analyses involving the study of cell signaling; biochemical analyses; flow cytometry of cardiac tissue, and others as well.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align:
