{"id":79,"date":"2014-02-24T16:51:20","date_gmt":"2014-02-24T18:51:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.usp.br\/lem\/?page_id=79"},"modified":"2023-05-22T16:51:10","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T18:51:10","slug":"pagina-inicial","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/lem\/","title":{"rendered":"Laborat\u00f3rio de Estruturas e Materiais"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"79\" class=\"elementor elementor-79\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-bec4f1c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"bec4f1c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-47262046\" data-id=\"47262046\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e9233de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e9233de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/lem\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/611\/2019\/10\/imageOKJ.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-139 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/lem\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/611\/2019\/10\/imageOKJ-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O laborat\u00f3rio est\u00e1 instalado em dois ambientes do Hall Tecnol\u00f3gico do Pr\u00e9dio da Engenharia Civil da EPUSP (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.poli.usp.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">POLI\/USP<\/span><\/a>), em uma \u00e1rea total de 2.700 m\u00b2, ambos para ensaios de materiais e de elementos estruturais, situados no piso t\u00e9rreo e no mezanino, possuindo as divis\u00f5es de din\u00e2mica das estruturas, de m\u00e9todos \u00f3pticos e a divis\u00e3o de ensaios e monitora\u00e7\u00e3o de estruturas, que d\u00e3o apoio as linhas de pesquisa de sistemas estruturais de concreto, a\u00e7o, madeira, alvenaria e novos materiais.\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">No mezanino encontram-se 13 salas para pesquisadores e alunos de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, uma secretaria t\u00e9cnica e uma secretaria administrativa, uma sala de reuni\u00f5es, uma sala de aula espec\u00edfica para an\u00e1lise experimental, um sal\u00e3o para ensaios est\u00e1ticos e din\u00e2micos em modelos reduzidos, um sal\u00e3o para alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">No piso t\u00e9rreo, em \u00e1rea de 2.500 m\u00b2, o LEM disp\u00f5e de um infra-estrutura de ensaios mec\u00e2nicos composta por uma laje de rea\u00e7\u00e3o com capacidade de ensaios de at\u00e9 10 MN, dois quadros met\u00e1licos para ensaios com capacidade de at\u00e9 3.000 kN; uma bancada horizontal para ensaios com capacidade de at\u00e9 8.000 kN; tr\u00eas sistemas de ensaios mec\u00e2nicos equipados para ensaios din\u00e2micos (DARTEC e WPM) e est\u00e1ticos (LYNX-LEM), com capacidades de 250 kN e 3.000 kN, respectivamente. Os tr\u00eas equipamentos s\u00e3o providos de servosistemas, controlados por microcomputadores, que permitem a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de ensaios com deforma\u00e7\u00e3o ou tens\u00e3o controlada, al\u00e9m de permitirem ensaios com carregamentos c\u00edclicos em freq\u00fc\u00eancias de at\u00e9 300 Hz. Um dos sistemas \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por uma plataforma m\u00f3vel, que pode ser deslocada para ensaios de campo de vibra\u00e7\u00f5es for\u00e7adas, com capacidade m\u00e1xima de 250 kN e freq\u00fc\u00eancias de at\u00e9 20 Hz. O sistema DARTEC tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 equipado com acess\u00f3rios para ensaios de Mec\u00e2nica do Fraturamento. Todos os tr\u00eas sistemas est\u00e3o conectados \u00e0 rede do LEM, podendo transferir dados para todas as plataformas de pesquisa no \u00e2mbito do LEM.\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Para o desenvolvimento das pesquisas o laborat\u00f3rio possui 3 oficinas de apoio, sendo uma oficina mec\u00e2nica, uma carpintaria e uma oficina para fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos reduzidos.\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">O laborat\u00f3rio est\u00e1 equipado com um t\u00fanel de vento de camada limite, com c\u00e2mara de ensaios de 60cm X 60 cm e capacidade para ensaios com velocidades de at\u00e9 20 m\/s, com moderno sistema de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e controle de dados StreamLine, marca DARTEC, monitorado por microcomputador.\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A divis\u00e3o de ensaios M\u00e9todos \u00d3pticos do laborat\u00f3rio est\u00e1 montada em uma sala de 50 m\u00b2, equipada com dois polar\u00edmetros para fotoelasticidade de reflex\u00e3o e fotoelasticidade de transmiss\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de acess\u00f3rios para fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de pel\u00edculas fotoel\u00e1sticas a partir de pl\u00e1sticos nacionais, assim com c\u00e2mara fotogr\u00e1fica digital para tratamento de imagens fotoel\u00e1sticas e franjas de moir\u00e9.\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Para aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e controle de dados o LEM est\u00e1 equipado com modernos sensores (aceler\u00f4metros, servo-aceler\u00f4metros, transdutores de deslocamentos) e condicionadores de sinais, baseados em uma plataforma de microcomputadores (desktop e notebook), gerenciados por programas de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, an\u00e1lise e controle de dados, que permitem a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de ensaios de campo de estruturas submetidas a a\u00e7\u00f5es din\u00e2micas onde s\u00e3o avaliadas diferentes propriedades de interesse tais como crit\u00e9rios de conforto, por exemplo.<\/span>\n<h4
