Este formul\u00e1rio ser\u00e1 enviado \u00e0 t\u00e9cnica respons\u00e1vel, que por sua vez, enviar\u00e1 ao usu\u00e1rio um e-mail confirmando o agendamento. Este, ser\u00e1 adicionado \u00e0 agenda dispon\u00edvel na p\u00e1gina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caso seja necess\u00e1rio desmarcar o agendamento, o respons\u00e1vel pelo cancelamento
