Our group is focused on comprehending how metabolic and signaling pathways interplays occurs in immune and parenchymal cells, and bioinformatics is emerging as an important tool to analyze cell’s status, by transcriptome, proteomic and metabolomics methodologies. Online datasets are available and can be analysed through R pipelines and online tools, which are helpful in directing future experimental procedures and give insights about current projects, with the combination of these datasets with practical data improving our results and allowing the unraveling of intracellular immunometabolic networks. For this, our Lab is beginning to dive in the bioinformatic world by using R and online tools and collaborating with specialized bioinformatic groups.
