No. #13-07937-8) coordenado pela Profa. Ohara Augusto. O equipamento faz parte da Plataforma de An\u00e1lises Redox (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RAP-Redox Analysis Platform<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), uma <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facility<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do grupo Redoxoma e encontra-se instalado no Instituto de Qu\u00edmica-USP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O equipamento \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por analisador do tipo Q-TOF (LC-Q-TOF-MS\/MS) e fontes de ioniza\u00e7\u00e3o Duo-Spray (ESI e APCI) e Nano-Spray.\u00a0 Esse sistema proporciona alto desempenho, alta velocidade de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o (at\u00e9 100 espectros\/s), alta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o (at\u00e9 35000 em mod TOFMS e 30000 em modo MS\/MS) e reprodutibilidade, caracter\u00edsticas fundamentais para estudos quantitativos de biomol\u00e9culas. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O espectr\u00f4metro de massas est\u00e1 acoplado a dois sistemas de cromatografia l\u00edquida intercambi\u00e1veis:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography, UHPLC (Nexera, Shimadzu)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Nano-flow Liquid Chromatography (NanoAcquity-UPLC Waters)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o uso do equipamento podem ser encontradas no <a href=\"http:\/\/redoxoma.iq.usp.br\/paginas_view.php?idPagina=745&amp;idTopico=1141#.X3ImtC2gS3I\">website<\/a> do Redoxoma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-1172-2\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-1172-2-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-1172-2-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-headline panel-first-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-headline so-widget-sow-headline-default-55d114c08dca-1172\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><div class=\"sow-headline-container \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"decoration\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"decoration-inside\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"sow-headline\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tNormas de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-1172-2-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"5\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-1172-2-0-1\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1. O sistema LC-Q-TOF-MS\/MS est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para uso de toda comunidade cient\u00edfica p\u00fablica ou privada. Os interessados dever\u00e3o entrar contato com a Profa. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento somente poder\u00e1 ser realizada por alunos e\/ou t\u00e9cnicos com conhecimentos avan\u00e7ados sobre espectrometria de massas e que passaram por treinamento intensivo de opera\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. \u00c9 solicitado a todos os usu\u00e1rios do equipamento o pagamento de uma taxa de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento. Essa taxa ser\u00e1 cobrada por hora de uso do equipamento.<\/p>\n<p>4. A taxa n\u00e3o inclui custos referentes \u00e0s etapas de preparo da amostra (padr\u00f5es internos, <i>vials<\/i>, tampas, septos, filtros, solventes e outros reagentes e materiais espec\u00edficos).<\/p>\n<p>5.
