font-family: Titillium, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;\">La implementaci\u00f3n de la Maestr\u00eda Profesional en Medicina estuvo motivada por la necesidad de mejorar la formaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9dicos residentes, con el fin de atender las demandas del mercado laboral actual de profesionales con capacidad para analizar cr\u00edticamente la producci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica de su \u00e1rea, conocimiento de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de salud y autonom\u00eda en la gesti\u00f3n de su desempe\u00f1o profesional. En resumen, su objetivo general es desarrollar habilidades y competencias que permitan a los m\u00e9dicos modificar y mejorar las pr\u00e1cticas de salud. La Maestr\u00eda Profesional en Medicina, programa de posgrado recientemente aprobado por CAPES, est\u00e1 dirigido a m\u00e9dicos que han asistido o est\u00e1n inscritos regularmente en Programas de Residencia M\u00e9dica reconocidos por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Residencia M\u00e9dica. El grupo de profesores est\u00e1 compuesto por m\u00e9dicos de diferentes \u00e1reas de la Medicina &#8211; Anestesiolog\u00eda, Cl\u00ednica M\u00e9dica, Cirug\u00eda, Fisiatr\u00eda, Ginecolog\u00eda y Obstetricia, Medicina de la Salud y Medicina de la Salud y de la Familia, Oftalmolog\u00eda, Ortopedia, Otorrinolaringolog\u00eda, Pediatr\u00eda y Psiquiatr\u00eda. Los profesores cuentan con una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-cient\u00edfica, asociada a la pr\u00e1ctica asistencial en salud, con experiencia en la organizaci\u00f3n de servicios, establecimiento de protocolos cl\u00ednicos y desarrollo de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en salud.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<i>Profe.
