Our main research lines are: iontoforesis, topical and transdermal delivery systems, pharmacotechnics and photodynamic therapy.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O NanoTop (Centro de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o em Sistemas Nanoestruturados e Administra\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00f3pica) dedica-se ao desenvolvimento e \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de nanomateriais e sistemas nanoestruturados com foco em solu\u00e7\u00f5es inovadoras para desafios nas \u00e1reas de sa\u00fade, biotecnologia e ci\u00eancia dos materiais. Suas atividades concentram-se na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de propriedades f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas e funcionais de sistemas em escala nanom\u00e9trica, visando aprimorar desempenho, estabilidade e aplicabilidade tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O laborat\u00f3rio atua no planejamento, s\u00edntese e caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o de diferentes tipos de nanoestruturas, incluindo nanopart\u00edculas polim\u00e9ricas, lip\u00eddicas e sistemas h\u00edbridos, explorando suas potencialidades em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es como libera\u00e7\u00e3o controlada de f\u00e1rmacos, diagn\u00f3stico e desenvolvimento de novos biomateriais. Al\u00e9m disso, busca compreender os mecanismos de intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre essas estruturas e sistemas biol\u00f3gicos, contribuindo para o avan\u00e7o da nanomedicina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No \u00e2mbito cient\u00edfico, o NanoTop participa de colabora\u00e7\u00f5es nacionais e internacionais, promovendo o desenvolvimento de projetos de pesquisa de alto impacto e a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos humanos qualificados.
