Estas palavras s\u00e3o conhecidas por operar acima do n\u00edvel proposicional, ou seja, elas t\u00eam a capacidade de organizar o discurso transmitindo informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a caracter\u00edstica epist\u00eamica das participantes do discurso (Schenner; Sode, 2014). Assim, as PMs representam meios ret\u00f3ricos da linguagem (formal e informal) para comunicar uma mensagem eficiente e concreta entre as envolvidas no processo interpretativo. Portanto, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">elas se destacam por expressar atitudes e opini\u00f5es da falante e por regular a intera\u00e7\u00e3o comunicativa (Palmer, 1986; Aquino, 2024). <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com Aquino (2020), as palavras <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dessa classe de palavras podem ser descritas como:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o flexion\u00e1veis;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o podem ser negadas (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kein, nein<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) ou intensificadas (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mehr<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">viel<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o formam ora\u00e7\u00f5es sozinhas e n\u00e3o respondem perguntas (sim e n\u00e3o);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">podem ser retiradas da ora\u00e7\u00e3o sem preju\u00edzo gramatical, mas perda de sentido pragm\u00e1tico;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">est\u00e3o sintaticamente posicionadas no campo central (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mittelfeld<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), entre o rema e o tema da ora\u00e7\u00e3o;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apresentam escopo na frase toda (relacionam toda a ora\u00e7\u00e3o ao contexto comunicativo e n\u00e3o a elementos espec\u00edficos da frase);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ocorrem em tipos espec\u00edficos de ora\u00e7\u00f5es (por exemplo a PM <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">denn <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">em perguntas e a PM <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">doch <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">em frases exclamativas e imperativas);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00e3o combin\u00e1veis com outras PMs (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">doch mal; eigentlich nur<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">possuem hom\u00f4nimos n\u00e3o modais em outras classes de palavras (como conjun\u00e7\u00f5es e adv\u00e9rbios);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">t\u00eam significado inferencial, isto \u00e9, dependente do contexto;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apresentam uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o comunicativa nuclear \u00fanica (abordagem minimalista).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As PMs s\u00e3o elementos pragm\u00e1tico-discursivos fundamentais para a intera\u00e7\u00e3o e coes\u00e3o interpessoal (apontam o tipo de ato social realizado), j\u00e1 que funcionam como ferramentas para compartilhar e negociar sentidos inferenciais.
