At UFRR, the project will follow the line of research and extension, with the participation of the CNPq NEPOT Research Group (Nucleus for Studies and Research Ovel\u00e1rio Tames), the UFRR Human Rights Observatory (ObservaDH-UFRR), the Laboratory of Human Rights, Gender and Sexuality and the Space for Discussion and Education in Human Rights of UFRR (Espa\u00e7o DH-UFRR), in addiction of undergraduate and graduate law students and professors. <strong>The proposal will focus on the analysis and rewriting of judgments from a feminist, intersectional and intercultural perspective, which takes into consideration the interests, needs and vulnerabilities of indigenous and immigrant women from their own voices.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/pjf\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1062\/2022\/03\/ufrj2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-585 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/pjf\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1062\/2022\/03\/ufrj2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"147\" height=\"203\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), one of the projects is coordinated by the professors and researchers of the research group <strong>Corpografias &#8211; Gender, Race and Law, Camilla Magalh\u00e3es (FND), Claudia Carvalho (IPPUR), Maria Walkiria Cabral (IPPUR), Julia Franzoni (FND) and Philippe Oliveira de Almeida (FND)<\/strong>. The project will follow the line of teaching, research and extension and will be developed jointly by the Nacional Law College (FND) and the Institute of Urban and Regional Research and Planning (IPPUR), with the participation of the research groups Lab\u00e1 &#8211; Law, Space and Politics (FND), CERCO \u2013 State Control, Racism and Coloniality (FND) and NUGEPP \u2013 Gender, Space and Public Policy Research Center (IPPUR). The initiative will include an extension course entitled \u201cReescritas Feministas\u201d, which will be offered in two editions. <strong>As part of the rewriting of decisions, cases that address rights of trans and transvestites, state violence and historical decisions will be analyzed.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/pjf\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1062\/2022\/03\/uems.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-593 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/pjf\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/1062\/2022\/03\/uems.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"184\" height=\"161\" \/><\/a>At the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS), Parana\u00edba unit, the project is coordinated by the researcher <strong>Ingrid Le\u00e3o<\/strong>, Doctor and Master in Human Rights by the USP Law School and member of the Latin American and Caribbean Committee for the Defense of Women&#8217;s Rights (CLADEM). At UEMS, the project pretends to follow the line of research and extension, with the participation of undergraduate law students and <i>lato sensu<\/i> graduate students. The proposal will be focused on the <strong>analysis of decisions related to femicide, criminalization of women and of sexuality<\/strong>.\u00a0 In the first semester of 2022, the project starts with the study of two paradigmatic cases: Margot Proen\u00e7a Gallo e\u00a0 Karen Atala, themes proposed in scientific initiation. At UNIPAMPA, the project is being developed at the <strong>Research Group on Democracy, Justice and Violence<\/strong>, with the participation of undergraduate law students. <strong>In its first edition, in 2019, the project rewrote a rape crime judgment given by the Court of Justice of Rio Grande do Sul (TJRS)<\/strong>. From the psychiatric device, it is possible to identify legal consequences such as civil interdiction, loss of custody and family power, compulsory hospitalization associated with the diagnosis of drug addiction and the application of the security measure, resulting from the verification of non-imputability. That is, the diagnosis of mental illness affects dimensions of women&#8217;s lives treated by different areas of law and mobilizes different professionals and fields of knowledge.
