A PoliPride<\/strong> \u00e9 uma iniciativa de extens\u00e3o voltada \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da diversidade e inclus\u00e3o de pessoas LGBTQIA+ no ambiente da Escola Polit\u00e9cnica. Sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o busca construir um espa\u00e7o acad\u00eamico mais seguro, acolhedor e representativo, por meio de a\u00e7\u00f5es de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o, suporte \u00e0 comunidade e incentivo ao di\u00e1logo sobre identidade de g\u00eanero e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual. A PoliGEN<\/strong> (Grupo de Estudos de G\u00eanero da Poli) tem como proposta central a an\u00e1lise cr\u00edtica das quest\u00f5es de g\u00eanero no contexto da engenharia e da universidade. Por meio de estudos, debates e produ\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fado, o grupo explora como constru\u00e7\u00f5es sociais influenciam trajet\u00f3rias acad\u00eamicas, rela\u00e7\u00f5es de poder e oportunidades dentro do meio t\u00e9cnico-cient\u00edfico.
