ISSN 2448-1181<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>CRUVINEL<\/strong> (<strong>2013<\/strong>) <span style=\"font-family: Arial; line-height: 1.5;\">no Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www5.usp.br\/\">USP<\/a><\/strong><\/span> \/ <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.forp.usp.br\/\">FORP<\/a><\/span> \/<\/strong> <strong>Reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o Oral <\/strong>(Produ\u00e7\u00e3o Cient\u00edfica<strong> &#8211; <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.teses.usp.br\/index.php?option=com_jumi&amp;fileid=9&amp;Itemid=159&amp;lang=pt-br&amp;id=58131&amp;prog=58006&amp;exp=0\">Tese e Disserta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) avaliou Design dos Implantes Dent\u00e1rios.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>CRUVINEL<\/strong> (<strong>2013<\/strong>) realizou estudo confeccionando uma nova macroestrutura de implantes de Zirc\u00f4nia (Y- TZP) e Tit\u00e2nio (Grau 4) e posteriormente avaliar comparativamente a transmiss\u00e3o de for\u00e7a e a resist\u00eancia flexural, submetidos \u00e0 fadiga mec\u00e2nica e termomec\u00e2nica. Foram obtidos 33 implantes de Zirc\u00f4nia e de tit\u00e2nio Grau 4. As tens\u00f5es geradas em torno dos implantes foram observadas em 3 esp\u00e9cimes inicialmente por meio de an\u00e1lise fotoel\u00e1stica, com forca de 200N aplicada no longo eixo dos implantes. Em seguida, os implantes foram inclu\u00eddos em resina de poliuretano (F-16, AXSON Technologies) com inclina\u00e7\u00e3o de 30\u00b0 e aleatoriamente separados em grupos (n=10),, segundo o tipo de tratamento a que foram submetidos: Controle (sem tratamento) (Zr e Ti), fadiga mec\u00e2nica (ZrM e TiM) e fadiga termomec\u00e2nica (ZrTM e TiTM). A m\u00e1quina de fadiga mec\u00e2nica foi programada para aplicar carga de 133N, com frequ\u00eancia de120 ciclos por minuto (2 Hz), totalizando 2.000.000 ciclos em cada esp\u00e9cime. A ciclagem t\u00e9rmica foi configurada com a temperatura m\u00ednima entre 2o a 5oC e temperatura m\u00e1xima entre 50\u00b0 a 55\u00b0C com exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de 30 segundos para cada faixa e 5 segundos para troca dos l\u00edquidos. Ap\u00f3s o ensaio de fadiga mastigat\u00f3ria, todos os grupos foram submetidos ao ensaio de tens\u00e3o flexural.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> Os resultados foram submetidos \u00e0 an\u00e1lise estat\u00edstica (2-way ANOVA, teste de Bonferroni, p&lt;0,05) e verificou-se que nao houve diferen\u00e7a estatisticamente significante na quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o da transmiss\u00e3o de for\u00e7a entre os implantes de Zirc\u00f4nia e Tit\u00e2nio. Os implantes de Tit\u00e2nio apresentaram maior resist\u00eancia flexural, com diferen\u00e7a estatisticamente significante (p&lt;0.05) em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos implantes de Zirc\u00f4nia (<strong>CRUVINEL<\/strong>, <strong>2013<\/strong>). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>CRUVINEL<\/strong> (<strong>2013<\/strong>) concluiu que foi poss\u00edvel obter um design de implante de zirc\u00f4nia compat\u00edvel com as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de for\u00e7as aplicadas em ambiente bucal.
