Ci\u00eancia Biol\u00f3gica) tem in\u00fameros avan\u00e7os tecnol\u00f3gicos e cient\u00edficos direcionados para a <strong>Imaginologia Odontol\u00f3gica<\/strong> com a populariza\u00e7\u00e3o (Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Ensino e Centros de Radiologia) cada vez mais crescente com a demanda de \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas da Reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o Oral, com destaque para a Implantodontia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Com a difus\u00e3o do emprego dos M\u00e9todos Avan\u00e7ados de Diagn\u00f3stico (Radia\u00e7\u00e3o X) em Sa\u00fade Bucal existe a necessidade de esclarecer, orientar e estabelecer mecanismos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o radiol\u00f3gica (Radioprote\u00e7\u00e3o) na \u00e1rea de &#8220;Radiodiagn\u00f3stico&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Portanto, existe a real e eminente de estabelecer as habilidades, condutas e os procedimentos \u00e9ticos no emprego das radia\u00e7\u00f5es ionizantes (Raios X) como m\u00e9todo auxiliar em Odontologia como fonte artificial de radia\u00e7\u00e3o ionizante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Arial; text-align: justify;\">Radioprote\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial; text-align: justify;\"> em <strong>Odontologia<\/strong> orienta o emprego criterioso da radia\u00e7\u00e3o ionizantes (Raio X) que representa avan\u00e7o cient\u00edfico, necessitando, entretanto, que as atividades pr\u00e1ticas laboratoriais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong><strong>Radioprote\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong><\/strong>utilize de exposi\u00e7\u00f5es radiol\u00f3gicas (Tempo de Exposi\u00e7\u00e3o) para detectar, mediante Filme Radiogr\u00e1fico ou Sensores, as imagens do Complexo Dentomaxilofacial realizadas em condi\u00e7\u00f5es otimizadas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o (Biosseguran\u00e7a &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/sites.usp.br\/ebt\/forp-a-d\/a\/2011-abordagem-educacional\/atividade-profissional-cirurgiao-dentista\/\">Cirurgi\u00e3o &#8211; Dentista<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Cumpre ressaltar que estas orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sinalizam para a necessidade de estabelecer a garantir da qualidade dos servi\u00e7os (funcionamento dos estabelecimentos que operam com Raios &#8211; A <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Radioprote\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>esta fundamentada na Portaria n\u00ba 453 de 1 de junho de 1998 que estabelece e orienta as diretrizes b\u00e1sicas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o radiol\u00f3gica em radiodiagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico e odontol\u00f3gico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Portaria n\u00ba 453<\/strong> (1\/06\/1998) esclarece o uso dos Raios &#8211; X como instrumento de Diagn\u00f3stico em todo territ\u00f3rio brasileiro nacional em associa\u00e7\u00e3o com a <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Secret\u00e1ria de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Portaria n\u00ba 453<\/strong> (1\/06\/1998) da \u00eanfase que o uso das radia\u00e7\u00f5es ionizantes representa grande avan\u00e7o, necessitando que as a\u00e7\u00f5es da exposi\u00e7\u00f5es radiol\u00f3gicas sejam realizadas em condi\u00e7\u00f5es otimizadas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Observa-se no Brasil, neste s\u00e9culo XXI, a ampla expans\u00e3o do uso das radia\u00e7\u00f5es ionizantes nas \u00e1reas da sa\u00fade (Odontologia: Cirurgi\u00e3o-Dentista) com destaque para os m\u00e9todos avan\u00e7ados de diagn\u00f3stico (Tomografia Computadorizadas), portanto, deve-se ponderada os poss\u00edveis m\u00e9todos de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o: Resson\u00e2ncia, Magn\u00e9tica e Ultrassom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>Biosseguran\u00e7<\/strong>a (<strong>Radioprote\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>), no Curso de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Odontologia, deve ser orientado com &#8220;<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/sites.usp.br\/ebt\/forp-a-d\/a\/a-arte-de-educar-1o-momento-ensinar-aprendizagem-significativa-modelo-de-gestao-educacional-em-odontologia\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Aprendizagem Significativa<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>&#8221; contribuindo para as realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais (\u00c1rea da Sa\u00fade): <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/sites.usp.br\/ebt\/forp-a-d\/a\/atividade-profissional-cirurgiao-dentista\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Cirurgi\u00e3o &#8211; Dentista<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>.
