ISSN 2448-1181 <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">O respons\u00e1vel pela disciplina de \u201c<strong>Metodologias e Din\u00e2mica no Ensino da Odontologia<\/strong>\u201d (Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (USP \/ FORP \/ P\u00f3s \u2013 Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o: Endodontia), Programa PAE, com finalidade de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do Ensino e Aprendizado estimulou a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de texto (Hipertexto) tendo como foco tem\u00e1tico sobre \u201cPerfil Profissional&#8221;, que quero formar, quando exercer minha atividade de doc\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Neste momento surgiu uma pergunta de reflex\u00e3o: <em>Qual \u00e9 o Perfil Profissional que quero formar para atuar em Endodontia<\/em>? <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">O curso de Odontologia \u00e9 muito pr\u00e1tico (Tecnicista &#8211; Perfil Profissional), por\u00e9m, quero formar profissionais competentes (se poss\u00edvel excelentes) nas Atividades Pr\u00e1ticas (Atendimento ao Paciente) com fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e embasamento te\u00f3rico cient\u00edfico associado com o Humanismo (Acolhimento ao Paciente).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Baseado em minha viv\u00eancia, durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica (Curso de Odontologia \u2013 2013 &#8211; 2017), ministrarei conte\u00fados pedag\u00f3gicos motivadores nas Atividades Cl\u00ednicas (Carga Hor\u00e1ria Pr\u00e1tica maior que Carga Hor\u00e1ria Te\u00f3rica), sempre apoiado nos conhecimentos te\u00f3ricos, portanto quero formar profissional (Cirurgi\u00e3o \u2013 Dentista: Endodontia) extremamente qualificados, com s\u00f3lidas fundamenta\u00e7\u00f5es atualizadas, mas principalmente confiantes e seguros para atuarem no Diagn\u00f3stico, Planejamento, Tratamento e, principalmente, na Preven\u00e7\u00e3o contribuindo para a Sa\u00fade Bucal. [1,2,3,4,5]<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Pretendo ampliar as oportunidades e condi\u00e7\u00f5es para o educando (aluno\/aprendiz) acertar e evitar se poss\u00edvel, o erro. Detectar seu erro (ou controlar seu erro) \u00e9 fundamental. Atividade Pr\u00e1tica deve ser reflexiva com consci\u00eancia cr\u00edtica e, adquirindo m\u00ednimo conhecimento necess\u00e1rio (T\u00e9cnico e Cient\u00edfico), apesar de limitada ou pouco experi\u00eancia na Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o (Modalidades de Ensino: Atividades Laboratoriais) para a\u00e7\u00e3o assertiva (confian\u00e7a) executando o que foi ministrado (Doc\u00eancia Participativa), tendo como miss\u00e3o e referencial educacional para contribuir com a\u00e7\u00f5es efetivas na comunidade: Inser\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional (\u201cMercado de Trabalho\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> N\u00e3o menos importante a parte te\u00f3rica do aprendizado, quero estimular os alunos a vontade de sempre e adquirir mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es (Literatura Cient\u00edfica), mantendo-se sempre atualizado, buscando os \u201cporqu\u00eas\u201d e a import\u00e2ncia de novo aprendizado. Fomentar o cuidado com o \u201ctodo\u201d (evitar o foco exclusivo no Dente). \u00c9 importante se especializar, focar na sua \u00e1rea de conhecimento e de trabalho, por\u00e9m n\u00e3o deixando aumentar e expandir em \u00e1reas correlatas da sa\u00fade. A Odontologia visa o bem estar do paciente (Sa\u00fade Bucal), portanto, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria sempre a percep\u00e7\u00e3o do bem estar geral do paciente. Formar profissionais c\u00f4nscios, respeitosos, \u00e9ticos e em comunh\u00e3o com os anseios da sociedade (Inclus\u00e3o Social). Profissionais agregando valores humanos onde quer que estejam atuando. Estimular a \u00e9tica profissional na sociedade e no ambiente de trabalho junto \u00e0 comunidade.
