{"id":2405,"date":"2017-02-21T09:21:21","date_gmt":"2017-02-21T12:21:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.usp.br\/ppgbi\/?page_id=2405"},"modified":"2019-11-21T10:47:43","modified_gmt":"2019-11-21T13:47:43","slug":"pro-labore","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.usp.br\/ppgbi\/en\/pro-labore\/","title":{"rendered":"Pro-labore"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The pro-labore is intended <strong>only<\/strong> for <strong>EXTERNAL MEMBERS<\/strong> who participate in <strong>MASTER\u2019s<\/strong> or <strong>DOCTORATE\u2019s<\/strong> judging committees, in order to cover expenses related to travel, lodging, meals, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">NOTE: Pro-labore payment is not made for external members participating in Qualification Exam judging committees.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Director of EEL\/USP, through <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.usp.br\/ppgbi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/212\/2016\/08\/Portaria-35-2016-EEL.pdf\">Ordinance No. 35-2016-EEL<\/a>, established the discipline of Payments of Pro-labore for members of Judging Committees for Master\u2019s and Doctorate\u2019s Defenses, as well as for Competitions and Selective Processes of Teaching Personnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Article 1<sup>st<\/sup> &#8211; Professors not belonging to the staff of the Engineering College of Lorena of the University of S\u00e3o Paulo will be entitled to the fees set forth below, taking into account the MS-2 in RDIDP reference, when participating in this College in:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>I- master\u2019s and doctorate\u2019s defenses: 5% (five percent);<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II &#8211; teaching career entry competition, associate professor and full professor: 15% (fifteen percent); and<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III- selective process of teaching personnel: 5% (five percent).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In practice, the 5% of the reference value of MS-2 in RDIDP = R$381,45<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Discounted INSS and ISS, <strong>the professor external to EEL\/USP will receive the amount of R$328,06<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Note: The payment will be made directly to the professor&#8217;s banking account on the day after the master\u2019s or doctorate\u2019s defense.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The pro-labore is intended only for EXTERNAL MEMBERS who participate in MASTER\u2019s or DOCTORATE\u2019s judging committees, in order to cover expenses related to travel, lodging, meals, etc. NOTE: Pro-labore payment is not made for external members participating in Qualification Exam judging committees.
