requirements.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> To become a regular student in PPGET, it is necessary to pass the third stage of the admission process and enroll in the program.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89d05b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-toggle\" data-id=\"89d05b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"toggle.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1441\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular students must enroll every academic term within the deadlines established in the <\/span><b>Graduate Academic Calendar of the Polytechnic School<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enrollment may be of two types:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Course enrollment<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Monitoring enrollment<\/b><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Course Enrollment<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Courses are offered in three academic periods (quadrimesters).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular students must enroll:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in <\/span><b>1st and 2nd period courses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2192 in <\/span><b>January<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in <\/span><b>3rd period courses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2192 in <\/span><b>July<\/b><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enrollment is carried out through the <\/span><b>Janus System<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Students will be notified through their USP institutional email.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Monitoring Enrollment<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular students who:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do not intend to take courses, or<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">have already completed required credits<\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must enroll in <\/span><b>monitoring status<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> via Janus in <\/span><b>January and July<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rules:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If not taking courses in the 1st or 2nd periods \u2192 monitoring enrollment in January.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If taking courses only in the 1st <\/span><b>or<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2nd period \u2192 course enrollment must still be done in January.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"
