USP Graduate Program.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At PPGET, candidates approved in the <\/span><b>second stage of the PPGET admission process<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are accepted as special students.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following may also be admitted as special students, subject to approval by the course instructor(s):<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates admitted to other graduate programs at Poli;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">USP undergraduate students;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pre-master\u2019s students;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regular graduate students from institutions outside USP, with the following required documents:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Letter from the supervisor explaining the relevance of the course to the student\u2019s research;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proof of regular enrollment issued by the home institution;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ID document (RG);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Undergraduate transcript and diploma;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Master\u2019s transcript and diploma (for doctoral students).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special students <\/span><b>do not have the same privileges as regular students<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, such as:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">access to the Janus system (USP Graduate System),<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">USP student ID cards,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BUSP transportation card,<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and other institutional benefits.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44bcc94 elementor-widget role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7201\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the Polytechnic School, courses are offered in <\/span><b>three academic periods (quadrimesters)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enrollment periods:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>February<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2192 courses of the 1st and 2nd periods<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>August<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2192 courses of the 3rd period<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enrollment for special students is conducted <\/span><b>outside the Janus system<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, through an electronic form.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Form:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Enrollment aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-7202\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enrollment correction includes adding or dropping courses.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only
