Aqui viemos com o objetivo de discutir o processo translacional e oferecer solu\u00e7\u00f5es potenciais para um maior avan\u00e7o atrav\u00e9s de uma melhor integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre o cuidado com a sa\u00fade, investiga\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica e a ind\u00fastria. Primeiramente obter uma vis\u00e3o metodol\u00f3gica, seguida pela aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de modelos cient\u00edficos, e assim promover a valida\u00e7\u00e3o de estudos em gastroenterologia cl\u00ednica e cir\u00fargica.<\/p>\n<p>Oferecer aos alunos de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o aspectos pr\u00e1ticos da produ\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica:<\/p>\n<p>Estrat\u00e9gias de estudos em genoma, epigenoma, patologia molecular, vias de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e biobanco, visando a pesquisa translacional e medicina personalizada<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justificativa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A ci\u00eancia b\u00e1sica n\u00e3o deve ser negligenciada, como transla\u00e7\u00e3o a pesquisa b\u00e1sica n\u00e3o se sustenta na aus\u00eancia de<\/p>\n<p>investiga\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lida e fundamentada. Com isso, \u00e0 medida em que avan\u00e7amos tentando desenvolver novas terapias, nunca devemos esquecer que a pesquisa b\u00e1sica \u00e9 essencial para a medicina translacional.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, promover o racioc\u00ednio do aluno de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 an\u00e1lise cr\u00edtica de trabalhos cient\u00edficos e produ\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica, oferecendo instrumentos pr\u00e1ticos para desenvolver uma pesquisa em medicina translacional. O desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias e a ampla exposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o exp\u00f5e os novos pesquisadores a novas \u00e1reas de conhecimento.
