Maria Martha Costa H\u00fcbner<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Atualmente as atividades do CAIS envolvem disciplinas de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Para tanto, a pesquisadora elaborou um question\u00e1rio contendo perguntas sobre a estrutura e aspectos organizacionais do Centro. Antes da cria\u00e7\u00e3o dessa mat\u00e9ria espec\u00edfica, os alunos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o que possu\u00edam interesse em atuar no projeto se inscreviam em disciplinas eletivas para participar voluntariamente das atividades de atendimento do CAIS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m do fato de essa disciplina passar a ser atrelada ao CAIS, foi obtido o direito ao programa de bolsas de monitoria da USP, o que permitiu a participa\u00e7\u00e3o mais efetiva dos alunos no centro de atendimento. \u201cO programa passa a ter mais visibilidade e tornou o processo mais organizado, os alunos passaram a ser monitores, e isso possibilita maior tempo de perman\u00eancia do estudante no atendimento\u201d, relata a Profa. Assim, os temas e estruturas das aulas foram revisado, como refer\u00eancias bibliogr\u00e1ficas, programa\u00e7\u00e3o e conte\u00fado.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, outro tipo de indicador do desempenho dos terapeutas foi acrescentado: a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o em procedimentos de tentativa discreta. Esse teste consistia em uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o na qual o supervisor se passava por um paciente com TEA e analisava as respostas e atitudes dos terapeutas diante das situa\u00e7\u00f5es, observando se eram seguidos os protocolos esperados. Tinha-se como objetivo avaliar de forma mais direta o desempenho ativo dos terapeutas, indo al\u00e9m do conhecimento te\u00f3rico que estava sendo avaliado anteriormente pelos testes escritos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse tipo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica p\u00f4de mostrar que a mudan\u00e7a na estrutura das aulas, feita a partir dos resultados dos pr\u00e9 e p\u00f3s-teste, foi muito positiva, pois acarretou em um aumento consider\u00e1vel de acertos nos testes de tentativa discreta, principalmente entre os terapeutas que n\u00e3o possu\u00edam nenhuma experi\u00eancia em atendimento.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com a pesquisadora, foi poss\u00edvel perceber maior participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos terapeutas nas aulas ap\u00f3s as mudan\u00e7as curriculares, mostrando que a nova did\u00e1tica adotada aumentou o engajamento dos alunos e, consequentemente, melhorou a forma\u00e7\u00e3o deles, cumprindo a miss\u00e3o do CAIS de forma mais efetiva.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outro levantamento importante feito por L\u00edvia foi o recolhimento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de terapeutas que passaram pelo CAIS. A partir dos dados levantados, foi poss\u00edvel estabelecer as metas e mudan\u00e7as a serem feitas.
