For the first time, the Energy Transition Research & Innovation Conference (ETRI) is launching a Volunteer Programme for ETRI 2026.
We are inviting USP undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and researchers to join the organisation of one of the leading international conferences on energy transition, climate, and innovation.
As a volunteer, you will gain hands-on experience in international event management, interact with researchers and industry leaders, and contribute directly to the conference experience.
To apply, you must:
• Be affiliated with USP
• Be available in person from 4–6 November 2026
• Attend fortnightly hybrid meetings (approximately 1 hour) from June to November
• An intermediate level of English is desirable, particularly for roles involving interaction with speakers and international participants
Volunteers may support areas such as registration, session coordination, logistics, participant assistance, and social media & communication.
