We are thrilled to extend a warm invitation to you for the upcoming Energy Transition Research & Innovation Conference 2023 (ETRI). Organised by the Research Centre for Greenhouse Gas Innovation (RCGI) at the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (USP), ETRI 2023 will be held from November 7th to 9th, 2023, in S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil (BRT – UTC-3).<\/p>

We invite you to contribute to the dialogue by submitting an abstract that aligns with the conference theme and thematic tracks.<\/p>

Your insights are crucial in driving the discourse surrounding climate change mitigation and energy transition.<\/p>

Presentations Guide:<\/strong><\/h1>

1. Registrations for accepted abstracts must be completed by October 25th in order for us to appropriately distribute them in sessions.<\/p>

Presentations must only be submitted using the template available her<\/a>e. And must be sent to<\/p>

by the 31st of October 2023.<\/p>

2. Language: As this is an international conference, Presentations must be submitted in English<\/strong>. Likewise, oral sessions must be presented orally \u00a0in English.<\/p>

3. All ETRI 2023 participants must\u00a0 be register.<\/p>

4. Registration fee<\/strong>:\u00a0 Students and\/or researchers external to the RCGI must pay a single registration fee that covers the three days of the event, according to the following classification:<\/p>

Undergraduate students: BRL 50<\/em><\/p>

Graduate students: BRL 100<\/em><\/p>

Industry professionals: BRL 300<\/em><\/p>

The author who registers at the start of the Abstract Submission will present the work. If there are other authors, they may or may not be present at the work’s presentation. However, the presentation must be delivered by the individual who submitted their name at the beginning of the form<\/strong>.<\/p>

5. Presentation format: The presentations will be given in short and dynamic sessions. Each presentation will last about 3\u20135 minutes, depending on the specific oral session.<\/p>

We will soon provide the schedule for all short oral sessions under the “Programme<\/a>” page.<\/p>

Please remember that ETRI 2023 is an in-person event. Presentation’ certificates will not be awarded to researchers who are not physically present.<\/p>

The Chair of the session will lead the presentations and, in addition to providing time guidelines, will select the finest work to be presented to the Scientific Committee.<\/p>
