&#8220;Regulations, International Law and International Climate Agreements&#8221;.<br \/><\/span><\/p><p>Pedro Curvello holds a Post-Doctorate in Environmental Law from the University Paris I (2017) as part of the CAPES\/COFECUB Program, with CAPES as the funding institution. Doctor in City Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ, 2012), Master in Sociology and Law from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF, 2008), and Bachelor in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2005). He is a professor at the UFF. Currently, he has been teaching Business Law at the Faculty of Law of Niter\u00f3i since 2023. He is a founding member of the Study Group on Environment and Law. He is part of the permanent staff of the Postgraduate Program in Constitutional Law at the same university (PPGDC\/UFF). a Master degree in Applied Geosciences (2012) from the University of Bras\u00edlia. He is specialist in Legislative Law (2016) from the Brazilian Legislative Institute. He was a Ph.D. visiting student in the Department of Environmental Policy at Imperial College London (ICL). He worked as an infrastructure analyst at the Ministry of Mines and Energy (2008\u20132014) in the Secretariat of Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Renewable Fuels. He is currently a Legislative Consultant at the Federal Senate in the area of Mines and Energy. He has a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (UNICID), with an academic exchange carried out at the University of Salamanca &#8211; Spain (2016). He is a researcher in the RCGI&#8217;s Advocacy Programme at USP, and in the working group on Climate and Energy of the Jean Monnet Chair at ESPM.
