This platform, created by S-SYS, from Campinas, took some six months to be developed and is already being tested by the creative team. The objective is to facilitate the access of the Centre\u2019s managers and sponsors to information regarding the ongoing progress of the 45 projects that the RCGI has in its portfolio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[custom_blockquote style=&#8221;green&#8221;] \u201cThe main purpose of the tool is to simplify the management of a complex project like the RCGI, which involves many people and innumerous activities. First, the user must send a registration request to the staff of the RCGI. There are several registration levels, according to the position held by the user in the institution\u2019s organizational structure. Then, once registered, the use may access the platform,\u201d explains Cleber Paiva de Souza, Director of S-SYS. He says that now that the platform is open to the RCGI team, it is possible to improve the use of the program based on user suggestions. \u201cWe will take suggestions through the RCGI, which will centralize the comments, and we will make continuous improvements so that the platform adapts well to the internal needs of the Centre.\u201d [\/custom_blockquote]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coordinators and researchers from several RCGI projects took part in the workshop, including Em\u00edlio Silva, Cl\u00e1udio Oller, Cl\u00e1udio Mueller Sampaio, Guenther Krieger Filho, Rita Maria Alves, and Douglas Gouvea (Poli-USP); Edmilson Moutinho dos Santos and Colombo Tassinari (IEE-USP); Liane Rossi (IQ-USP); and practically the entire administrative staff of the Centre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objective is to facilitate access of the Centre\u2019s managers and sponsors to the progress of the 45 projects that the RCGI has in its portfolio.
